✂️🧵 DMWC Workshops Introductory Workshops: Preparing the Underskirt
📍 Primary School “Niko Nestor” – Struga | 10 & 27 March, 2026
✨ Around 10 young boys and girls from Struga took part in the second-level training workshops focused on developing handcraft skills.
Under the mentorship of fashion designer Irina Tosheva, together with professors Slavica Negrieska and Shpresa Qura, participants engaged in a creative and hands-on learning process.
🪡 Through practical work, they made their first steps in preparing an underskirt—an essential element in the process of creating garments for the upcoming fashion show scheduled for October. Each stitch reflects their growing confidence, skills, and dedication.
👗 This workshop is part of a broader journey toward building a full fashion collection, where traditional techniques meet contemporary design approaches.
🌿 Guided by the principles of the green agenda—material reuse, sustainability, multicultural collaboration, and decentralization—we continue to create pathways where knowledge evolves into self-employment opportunities and a more sustainable future.
💫 Step by step, these young creators are shaping not only garments, but also their own creative and professional journeys.
